Rates

All rates are per person and cover 2 nights, 5 meals, and 1 snack. Prices are based on double occupancy for adults and multiple occupancy for family and youth retreats. Delicious meals, served in the "Pennsylvania Dutch" tradition, are a special part of every retreat. Rates include the use of one meeting area assigned by the group size. Guest group activities at Twin Pines are intended to run from Friday at 7:00 PM through Sunday at 2:00 PM; midweek activities are intended to run from Tuesday at 7:00 PM through Thursday at 2:00 PM. These times can be adjusted by prior arrangement with Twin Pines. Variations in length may require an adjustment in the rate. One day meetings, with or without meals, can also be booked (if you are interested in a single day activity, request the day group rate guide).

In all cases, preference is given for group activities which are two or more nights. Group activities which are single day or only one overnight will only be booked within sixty (60) days of the opening day of the event on a space available basis.
