 For children in grades 3rd to 5th.
If your ministry includes 6th graders, they may attend as well.

Your Children's Ministry is invited to a
Twin Pines Royal Weekend

Royalty has been part of history, even to today. The Bible gives accounts of royalty, telling us about different kinds of kings and queens, leading ultimately to the King of Kings. The weekend will challenge children in their relationship with Jesus as their King.

During the weekend, children will:
     learn Royal Stories
          do Royal Crafts
               enjoy Royal Games
                    get to know the Ultimate Royal
                         be challenged to join the Ultimate Royalty

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Early Registration Special: Register by March 13th, 2019 and each member of your group will receive a free t-shirt.

Only those who register by March 13th will receive a free t-shirt. Additions to your group after the early registration deadline will pay for their t-shirt.

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 6, 2019

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

LODGING: Housing is in our lodge rooms, which have two to five bunk beds in them; each room has its own restroom and shower.

ADULT CHAPERONES: Each group must provide their own adult chaperones (ages 18 and up). We require one adult for every 5-6 child per gender.

CHECK-IN: Friday from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Snack Shop.

CHECK-OUT: The retreat concludes after lunch on Sunday.

WHAT TO BRING: spring clothing, bedding & bathroom linens, toiletries, a Bible; anything you’d take to a sleepover at a friend’s house. Pool and Pond activities will not be available.

FOOD ALLERGIES & RESTRICTIONS: Please contact Twin Pines if any participant has food allergies and/or restrictions so we can ensure appropriate food is available for meals.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payment may be submitted by check (personal/church), credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express {please call the office}), or cash. Make checks payable to TWIN PINES. All balances MUST be paid before or at check-in on April 26, 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable, non-transferable $25.00 per person deposit MUST be submitted with this completed registration form. Cancellation of the entire group after March 13, 2019 will be charged one-half of the group’s total rate for the retreat. Cancellation of individuals after March 13, 2019 will be charged one-half of that person’s rate unless the group can find someone else to fill that spot. After March 28, 2019, t-shirt orders are not refundable.

T-SHIRT AVAILABILITY: Anyone who registers by March 13, 2019 is guaranteed a free event t-shirt. Anyone who registers March 14, 2019 or later may order a t-shirt for $9.00 until March 28, 2019. After that, t-shirts can be purchased subject to availability at the retreat. No orders will be made after March 28, 2019.

FIRST AID: Groups are responsible for their own First Aid, as well as management of the children’s medications.
